01 — OVERVIEW

Our Commitment to Fair Returns

At SUITLINE, customer satisfaction is our priority. This policy is designed to be fair and transparent. It

applies to all purchases made through mfclothings.shop and is governed by the Consumer Protection Act,

2019 and applicable Indian law.

02 — ORDER CANCELLATION

Cancellation Policy

Before Dispatch:

• Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placement for a full refund

• To cancel, email hellofaizzz@gmail.com or call +91 76181 77177 with your Order ID

• Full refund initiated within 5-7 business days to your original payment method

After Dispatch:

• Orders that have already been dispatched cannot be cancelled

• You may initiate a return after delivery (see Return Policy below)

SUITLINE reserves the right to cancel orders due to pricing errors, product unavailability, payment failure,

or suspicious activity. A full refund will be issued in such cases.

03 — RETURN POLICY

Return Policy

We accept returns within 7 days of delivery under the following conditions:

Eligible for Return:

• Item received is damaged, defective, or not as described

• Wrong product or size was delivered

• Product has a manufacturing defect

NOT Eligible for Return:

• Products that have been used, washed, altered, or damaged by the customer

• Items without original tags, packaging, or proof of purchase• Returns requested after 7 days of delivery

• Sale or discounted items (unless defective)

• Customised or made-to-order items

Important: All return requests must be accompanied by an unboxing/delivery video as proof of damage or wrong

item. This is mandatory to process your claim.

05 — REFUNDS

Refund Details

Refund Timeline:

• Approved returns: Refund within 7-10 business days after receiving and inspecting the item

• Order cancellations (before dispatch): Refund within 5-7 business days

Refund Method:

• Card / Net Banking / UPI: Refund to the same account or UPI ID

• Wallet payments: Refund to the same wallet

• COD orders (if applicable): Refund via bank transfer (NEFT) within 10 business days

Bank processing times may vary. If you do not receive your refund within the stated timeline, contact us

with your transaction ID.

06 — EXCHANGE POLICYExchanges

We offer exchanges for size or colour where stock is available. Requests must be made within 7 days of

delivery. The product must be in original, unworn, unwashed condition with all tags intact.
