Delivery Commitment

SUITLINE ships Pan-India through trusted logistics partners. All orders are dispatched from our

warehouse in Meerut, Uttar Pradesh.

We ship across all states in India. Orders dispatched from Meerut, Uttar Pradesh.

02 — ORDER PROCESSING

Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1-3 business days after payment confirmation. Orders on Sundays or

public holidays are processed the next working day. During sale seasons, processing may take up to 5

business days.

You will receive:

• An order confirmation email/SMS immediately after placing the order

• A shipping confirmation with tracking number once dispatched

Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable, except where the product was delivered incorrectly or was

defective due to our error.

Track Your Order

Once dispatched, you will receive a tracking number and a link via email/SMS. Use this to track your

shipment in real time on the courier partner's website.

06 — FAILED DELIVERY POLICY

Failed Delivery Policy

Our delivery partners make up to 3 delivery attempts. If the order is undelivered due to customer

unavailability, incorrect address, or refusal to accept, the package will be returned to our warehouse.

Re-shipping charges will apply for redelivery.

Important: SUITLINE is not liable for losses arising from incorrect shipping addresses provided by the customer.

Please ensure your address and contact number are accurate at the time of ordering.

07 — DAMAGED / LOST SHIPMENTS

Damaged or Lost Shipments

If your order arrives damaged or tampered:

• Do not accept the delivery, or note the damage at the time of delivery

• Record an unboxing video as proof• Contact us within 24 hours of delivery at hellofaizzz@gmail.com with your Order ID and video

For lost shipments where tracking shows delivered but not received, contact us within 48 hours. We will

raise a complaint with the courier partner.
